To setup an e-mail account in Outlook Click Tools---Email Accounts, Add a new
email account.

Click Next and your screen should look like the one below:

Click Next and your Screen should look like the one below:

This should be the email server your account is setup on. This server name
should have been specified in the account setup instructions you were sent when
the account was setup.
If you experience problems using your ISPs SMTP server you may use ours. Just
copy and paste the POP3 server information into the SMTP server information box.
Click the More Settings button in the lower right of the screen.
Click the Outgoing Server tab and make sure the checkbox is selected that says
"My outgoing server requires authentication"
You can select from different authentication methods but usually the default of
"Use same settings as my incoming mail server" is sufficient.
Click OK to return to the previous screen.

After you click next Outlook® will perform some tests and if you do not receive
any error messages you have successfully setup your email account in Outlook®

The new mail server name is
mail.cybersharks.net
You will need to create a new account in your mail client (Outlook, Netscape,
Eudora, etc.) for accessing the email on the new server. Your incoming mail
server will be mail.cybersharks.net. Your Outgoing mail server will be
mail.cybersharks.net or your ISPs SMTP server. If you use mail.cybersharks.net
as your outgoing server you will need to setup SMTP authentication.
Your login name/account name should be the full email address and the password
should remain the same.
If you check your email using the web interface you should visit http://mail.cybersharks.net and log in with your email address and password.
You will still need to check your email on the old server for a few days until
we delete the old account. This will ensure that you do not miss any email.
